Planning of production
Term 2 - Planning:
- Production Schedule & List:
Before starting on my production fully, I was tasked with creating both a list of priorities for my project, as well as my project plan regarding when I believe certain tasks should be completed by.
List of tasks: (X/5 - Higher number = Bigger priority for project, 5 = Essential)
- Modelling (5)
- UV Mapping and Texturing (5)
- Rigging (5)
- Animation (4)
- Lighting (5)
- Environment design - Essentials (4)
- Environment design - Additional features/design (2)
- Sound Design & Implementation (3)
- Additional camerawork (1)
- Post-processing effects (1)

- [Week 18] - DEADLINE DATE - Any further fixes or tweaks to be finished by this date
I have done my best to incorporate the list of tasks above appropriately spaced in my production schedule. Based on prior project experience, I hope that I have given myself reasonable time to complete each of the tasks in the assignment. Also, I have aimed to focus on the essentials first before proceeding to the less essential tasks in a high->low order, although some tasks had to take priority such as Additional camerawork, since I would need to re-render the 3D project again to implement this task after the fact. Thus, I decided to complete this task earlier than other priorities such as Sound Design; Due to the fact that the task is a smaller one, this seemed like the right desicison.
Whilst I will aim to follow this schuedule closely, there is a good chance that I will be ahead or behind in some sections due to over/underestimates in my timing, as well as considerations for other assignments for which I also need to complete work for.

Animatic:
Here is a simple animatic I have created to help portray my story visually. The animatic takes my research from my dissertation in visual storytelling as well as my story pitch, and combines it into one singular piece. I will be referring to this animatic throughout production.
